deževni dnevi / rainy days

Že cel mesec dežuje. Kaj dežuje, lije kot iz škafa. To vreme postaja dolgočasno in jaz nimam več idej, kaj bi počela v prostem času. Zato sem spet naslikala moj najljubši kraj. Ta stari most imam zelo rada. Tak je videti na sončen poletni dan. Moj dragi je komentiral, da so kopije tega mostu postale tako nadležne kot vreme. Pa kaj potem! Zame je to kraj z veliko pozitivne energije in samo to šteje.
It has been raining almost every day for a month or something like that. The rain is coming down in buckets. This is boring and I'm running out of ideas how to use my spare time. So, I've painted my favourite place once again. I like this sunlit old bridge very much. My husband commented, that another copy of the same place was annoying like the weather. Who cares? For me, this is a place full of positive energy and that's important.

  1. I don't think painting something twice or more is boring. Lots of the masters painted the same thing over and over. But always a little different. Beautiful bridge. Thanks for sharing with us at AJJ. Hugs-Erika

  6. It is always interesting to "draw it again": years later, other time of day, other media, other day of year...
    it is a game

  7. You are very talented. And smile when your husband makes such a comment, because sometimes it is not the result but the journey that matters!

  8. Such a beautiful bridge - why not paint it over and over. I can imagine it in different colours so you could paint it several times, especially if it makes you happy to visit your favourite place. We need reminding of happy places when the weather is not so kind. I am wondering where it is now.
    Hugs, Neet xx
